Our Accessibility Goal
SeaRidge Advisory Inc. works to make this website usable by people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal for ongoing work, not a representation that every page or third-party function fully conforms or has been certified.
Request Assistance or an Alternative Format
If a page, form, document or listing is difficult to use, email info@searidgeadvisory.com with “Accessibility Assistance,” or call (619) 786-7378, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time. You may also use our Contact page if that form is accessible to you. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and your preferred way to receive assistance. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information. We aim to respond within two business days and will work to provide a reasonable accessible alternative, such as information by email or phone, or assistance arranging a discussion.
Testing and Improvements
Our recent website work includes automated checks, keyboard navigation, labels, heading structure, visible focus, color contrast and desktop/mobile layout review. We use findings to guide source-level corrections. Automated tools cannot detect or resolve every barrier and are not a substitute for accessible design or individual assistance.
Known Limitations
Some third-party features, such as listing, scheduling or data-room tools, are provided by other companies and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. If you need information from one of these features or documents, contact us and we will provide it in an accessible format.
Listings and Other Third-Party Features
The website may include third-party listing, scheduling or document tools that we do not fully control. If an embedded feature is not usable, contact us by email or phone so we can help with the relevant information or another available route. We do not require you to use a problematic form to report a barrier.
Ongoing Review
Accessibility work continues as content and technology change. We welcome feedback and prioritize reported barriers according to their effect on access. Response and remediation times can vary with the request. This statement does not waive any legal rights. Return to the SeaRidge Advisory homepage.
