Prior to advising on mergers and acquisitions, Matt served as the COO of a medical manufacturing company, which he successfully helped sell for a seven-figure exit.
Having been on the seller’s side, he brings a first-hand understanding of the challenges business owners face when preparing to exit. With a keen eye for financials and profitability, Matt specializes in conducting thorough valuations and structuring terms that create the best outcome for both sellers and buyers.
Dave Carlson - Managing Director
Before advising on M&A transactions, Dave built, scaled, and sold his own health and wellness company, giving him first-hand insight into the emotions and challenges that come with selling a business.
